If you want to hold the apartment off the market and in your name to secure your spot we will need; a completed application from you, a copy of your student loans, financial aide or award letters. If you don't have these we will need a co-signer.  The co-signer must fill out THEIR own application as if they were appling for the apartment.  To hold the room we need 2 money orders or cashiers checks in the amounts of $11.50 ($23 if there's a co-signer) and $87.50 including all paper work.  In total: $99, this includes the $11.50 application fee and the $87.50 non-refundable Sure Deposit fee.  Please contact us if there are any questions.
