If you want to hold the apartment off the market and in your name to secure your spot we will need; a completed application from you, a copy of your student loans, financial aide or award letters. If you don't have these we will need a co-signer.  The co-signer must fill out THEIR own application as if they were appling for the apartment.  To hold the room we need either a money order or a cashiers check for $160 ($195 if there's a co-signer) and all paper work.  The $160 includes the $35 application fee and the $125 non-refundable redec fee.  Please contact us if there are any questions.
